The first thing guests say when they walk into this property is WOW!! The property is on 1 acre and has its own concreted dam with waterfall. With the amazing landscape, enormous swim spa and amazing house, you will feel like you are at your own secluded and private resort. The house itself is huge with open plan living and a massive kitchen and a butlers pantry to please the most fussy cooks. There wont be an issue with space with your whole group will be able to be in the kitchen at once. With two Miele Ovens, two dishwashers, two fridges and a high end Induction Cooktop you will never want to cook any where else. If that is not enough the outside entertaining area has a built in BBq and also another BBq is on the back deck. Yep WOW!!
If the kitchen hasn't sold you yet then you will want to see the Master Bedroom and Ensuite with double shower and spa bath.
There is 4 more bedrooms and 1 of those has a smaller ensuite on them. A 6th sleeping area can be made by adding extra single beds in the second living room. (request via management).
The Main Bathroom is just divine with another deep soaking bath to laze away on your trip.
If you haven't been Wowed enough check out the photos of the entertaining room. It is floor to ceiling glass, over looking the tranquil grounds and private dam with waterfall and full of birdlife and fish jumping on the surface. This room has a stunning stone open fireplace, plasma tv with Foxtel and a bar table with fridge. The Builtin BBQ and sink is also in this room. With the Split System, ceiling fans and fireplace you will live in this room all year round. Enjoying the outside but with the comforts of being inside.
To keep you well entertained there is fishing in the dam, that amazing swim spa, a pool table and table tennis. If you like to work out the garage has a gym with weights bench and treadmill. For the kids outside there is also a trampoline and cubby.
Everything you could possible want for a fantastic getaway for all ages.

All linen is supplied in your reservation and includes Pillows & Covers, Fitted Sheet, Flat Sheet, Doona & Cover, Blanket, Towels, Face washers, Hand & Foot Towels, Beach Towels and Tea Towels.

Option 2 -Guests to Supply Own Linen
Pillows & Doonas supplied only (no covers). Guests must supply all Doona and pillow Covers, Sheets and towellings and tea towels. If sheets are not used extra cleaning charges may apply to clean doona, pillows and mattress protectors etc.

Note- Mattresses and pillows are covered with protectors and these must remain on at all times and covered with sheets.

Wheel Chair accessible via portable ramps please discuss with Management as conditions may not suit your requirements.
