COWES BOAT RAMP FAMILY BEACH RETREAT (SLEEPS 20)

The property is 190 metres from the Cowes Boat Ramp and the beach. It has plenty of off-street parking, so you will not need to pay for parking at the boat ramp. Launch your boat and park your trailer back at the property.

Stan and Binge are available in the main living area via an Apple TV which can also stream free to air TV and YouTube. Wireless internet is also available.

This is a fantastic family friendly holiday home that is suitable for 4 to 5 families or small groups. .

With easy open plan living, the main living area is lovely and sunny and has polished timber floor boards, split system heating and cooling, a HUGE modular lounge, a BIG 60" flat screen TV and a BluRay player.

There is a central dining table with seating for 12 plus a further 8 bar stools at the kitchen bench, so there will be ample dining seating for everyone. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with ample crockery and cutlery for up to 25 guests. There is an coffee machine, electric oven, a gas cook top, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.

Everything has been considered. There are 2 large fridges and a separate freezer only unit and plenty of platters and salad bowls for alfresco dining on the deck. The deck is accessed by sliding doors off the lounge. The backyard is fully fenced and private.

There is an outdoor setting and two gas BBQs that are perfect for Summer BBQs. There is also a small grassy area for the kids to play and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after the beach.

There are 4 Queen bedrooms all with ceiling fans and 2 bedrooms that each have 2 sets of tri bunk beds (i.e. 2 x double and 2 single in each room). Both bunk rooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV for the kids.

There are 3 bathrooms with showers. The main bathroom also has a bath. There are also three toilets (2 of which are standalone).

The laundry is well equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. This house has everything you will need for a family summer holiday, weekend away or track events.

There is ample off street parking and plenty of room for a boat.

There is also a large self contained Games Studio with a split system, sofas, TV, BluRay player, Stereo and a pool table that has a top that converts the pool table into a dining table.

It is a requirement of the owners to obtain details of the number of guests and the ages of the guests staying at this property when a booking request is made. Very wonderful property. Lovely spaces for our large family to come from Canada and stay during the holidays. Everyone was pleased with the well stocked kitchen and home full of so many options for lounging, cooking and washing up. The bathroom configuration was well thought out as well. We had 10 people and it was great. Donna was a lovely host, although we never met, you can feel the love they have for their home.

Perfect property for large family getaway!

The property was perfect for my extended family of 20 for a weekend away. The living area was spacious for the whole family to relax and enjoy. Rooms were neat and tidy, and overall cleanliness of the house was exceptional. The games room and outdoor areas are great additions. Perfect location in a quiet street, with only a 5min walk to the beach, and a 2min drive in to Cowes town. Communication with hosts was excellent and timely. Lovely property for huge family

We were a group of 10 adults 7 children and 3 infants. The property was so big it didnt feel like we were all cramped in. The big kids got their own room and all the adults too! Plenty of space outside for kids to ride bikes and trikes and a motorised gate along the front of the property meant the kids werent going to go out on the road. Only a short walk down the road to play at the beach where there is also a cafe. Donna and Mark were very easy to deal with and the whole process went very smoothly.
