The master bath has both a stand up shower and jacuzzi tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Climate control keeps the house comfortable no matter the season. This gorgeous home offers a tranquil setting where guests can recharge and enjoy quality time together.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The first floor bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our 80 year old parents and in laws. There was so much space and everything we needed was provided. Lots of privacy. Loved the adjustable beds. Thanks for a comfortable home away from home for our travels!

This house is perfect for a weekend getaway. If you are looking for a place in the woods that’s peaceful, this is it. This house has a lot of space and many beds and bathrooms. We had a great, relaxing weekend!

Absolutely loved staying here! Communication with the host was great and he answered any questions pretty quickly. Check in was smooth and the home was spotless. Drove for six hours and the beds were AMAZING! Family loved it and will love to be back in the near future.

This place was amazing! Easy access from interstate, clean, comfortable beds, host-provided drinks/snacks, beautiful setting. The home was more than we could have hoped. From the moment we walked in, it was welcoming. The host has taken extra steps to make sure your stay is memorable and relaxing, and the effort is appreciated. We only needed the place for one night, but will mark this as a favorite for future visits to the area.

Our family with 3 small children absolutely loved this house. Tons of beautiful shaded yard and fenced in yard option as well. Campfire wood ready for use. Tons of space inside for sleeping arrangements to account for different nap/sleeping schedules for kids. We are already discussing our next trip!! Highly recommend!!

A gem of a find in a small town but centrally located to good restaurants and desserts. Lots of room in the clean bedrooms for the entire family to have their own space and bathroom!! Washer and dryer was an added benefit. Wonderful amenities that the amazing host had provided: including welcome Candy, laundry pods, bottled water in the fridge, a chalkboard to write cute messages, loaded with games and plenty of backyard to throw balls and outdoor fun. Next-door neighbor also rents kayaks for the river. ALL bedrooms has an adjustable bed (yes- all beds!!) and my husband and I had the best sleep of our entire life!!! Thank you for everything. Would definitely stay here again.

We could not have asked for a better location to spend our family vacation to West Virginia for my brother’s Graduation from the University and commissioning ceremony. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the layout provided ample indoor and outdoor living spaces to enjoy. We even encountered a small city power outage and the owner was responsive and kind enough to bring us over extra items if the power stayed off for an extended period of time. The town of Bruceton is one from a hallmark movie and easy walk from the home to enjoy the local amenities and restaurants. Driving into town was easy with access to the highway right down the road, and a short drive to many items in the area. We cannot wait to get to come back to this little hideaway all together again for another amazing West Virginia trip.
