Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway at Watertower Place Condos in Frisco. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo with a loft comfortably sleeps 8 across a king bed, queen bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Step inside to a bright, modern living area featuring cozy seating around a fireplace and mounted TV—ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for casual dining, while a separate dining area accommodates more formal meals. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the main living space.

The condo was very nice, the bedrooms/bathrooms were large, the beds were comfy. the dining area, kitchen, living room were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed for those guests that planned to cook some of their meals (the coffee maker turned on but would not brew coffee). There was a nice private hot tub off the upstairs bedroom. The condo backed up to a VERY busy road and there are lots of stairs to negotiate if that's not your thing try for a ground level condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 2 nights here before heading out on a back country ski trip. Great location within easy walking distance to Frisco restaurants and shops. Condo has a great layout and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building.
