The best views in Frisco. Highest, corner unit, 600 feet to water's edge.
Named for the high cliffside nest of a bird of prey, The Eyrie occupies the highest corner unit in its building — commanding unobstructed sightlines across Giberson Bay, the town of Frisco, and a skyline that runs from the Tenmile Range to Grays and Torreys Peak.
Inside, vaulted ceilings and skylights define a lodge-modern residence that feels distinct from the standard condo rental. Every room earns its view.

The Eyrie sits at the center of Summit County — 15 minutes from Copper Mountain and Keystone, 20 from Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin, 30 from Vail. Just 600 feet from the Summit County Recreation Path and 700 feet from the edge of Dillon Reservoir, every season here starts at the front door.

About the host
Hosted by Zachary Kiebler
Hi! We're Zach and Shannon. Colorado natives and world-travelers. We have two almost-adult children and a puppy named Mable. We love to adventure, whether that's biking, hiking, camping, paddle-boarding, kayaking, boating, skiiing, boarding, you name - we love it!
Why they chose this property
Only 600 feet from the 55-mile long Summit bike path and another 50 feet to the shores of Dillon Reservoir where people drop in daily to paddle-board. In the winter, because of our proximity to I-70, it's only 10 minutes to Copper, 15 to Keystone, 20 to Breckenridge, 25 minutes to A-Basin and Loveland and only 30 minutes to Vail.
And then there's the views. This is the highest, most unobstructed views of Dillon, the 10-mile range, multiple 14ers and Frisco, that's available in the area.
If you like hiking, there's a hiking path right outside our doors, and multiple incredible and well-noted hikes within walking distance. Of every place we've looked, we've never seen a location like this.
What makes this property unique
You'll understand when you see our views. Even in our neighborhood, we have the highest and most unobstructed views of any unit because we are the top, corner unit. We've styled the unit in a mountain-modern finish that is both cozy and expansive. And the location simply can't be beat. You can literally walk out the door with a paddleboard or bike and be on the lake or on the greatest paved biking path in Colorado in mere feet. And finally, being close to I-70, every town and resort in Summit County is less than 30 minutes away.
