We had an amazing getaway! The house was immaculate, cozy, and well-maintained—just as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the check-in and check-out process effortless. We were thrilled with the location and how easy it was to explore the neighborhood on a bike ride. Transportation to the beach was also provided. The pool was conveniently located in the back of the home, which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

A really large house for a big group very close to the beach and a pool right outside. The host was very responsive. The community has a private shuttle driver that can take you to the private beach (which gets super crowded) or to Inlet Beach which we preferred since it was less crowded. We’d definitely go back.

We spent 3-weeks here in February 2026. The home is in like new condition, well-equipped, and everything is just as pictured. The neighborhood is gated and very quiet and private. The location is great with access out the main gate directly onto to 98 and the back gate leads to 30A through Seacrest. We hope to return.

This property was perfect for our needs. Everything was as it was described in the listing and in the photos. We did not have any issues that had to be addressed by the property owner.Of note I did walk out one morning to a bear sniffing our garbage can. The bear proof lid kept him from making a mess.

Gorgeous home! Host was very attentive & replied almost immediately to any questions we had! Pool was directly behind the home and never crowded! Warning: there are BEARS (we saw several black bears directly beside our home & throughout the neighborhood which we really enjoyed seeing although very unexpected!!). Access to the beach is a pretty long walk when packing beach items, however, we quickly learned about a FREE private shuttle that was included in our rental, from our home directly to the beach via Kyle (who was great too btw!!)! The neighboring property also has bikes for rent that definitely come in handy! 30A is our new favorite place in FL & we will definitely be back!!

The Treetops neighborhood is conveniently located between Rosemary Beach and Alice Beach. It offers simple to all the 30A amenities access without a lot of traffic. The homes are all relatively new with modern amenities. The neighborhood is very peaceful and surrounded by pine forest on one side.
