Located in Rehoboth Beach DE, Rosewood Beach House is about an 8 to 10-minute drive to Rehoboth Beach with no need to get on Route 1 to reach the ocean - just take the underpass and then turn right on Church Street and you are on Rehoboth Avenue! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Bay Vista near the canal. The location is convenient with a 5-minute Drive to the Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club, The Fresh Market, restaurants, Jungle Jim's Slide Park and Planet Fitness with a 10-minute drive to outlet shopping. Two Rehoboth Beach parking passes provided to guests for use during stay.

The beach house has 5 well-appointed bedrooms and sleeps 12 with 3.5 baths. Bedding and bath towels/washcloths provided. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. The property features a living room with a fireplace, an indoor beach relaxation room, a large kitchen with an island, a yoga deck, a screened deck and a backyard with a grill and fire table. The kitchen is fully stocked will all you need to prepare meals and includes a coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Free WIFI and Alexa are available for your enjoyment. Onsite parking for 4 cars.

Rosewood Beach House is dedicated to my mother, Barbara, who loved vacationing with her family every summer at the beach. The house is perfect for families, girl groups, couples and groups who are looking to relax at the beach in a clean, well-appointed home that is filled with loving touches that will make your vacation special and care-free.

Good family gathering space

This was good place to gather for a family reunion. Great kitchen for family dinners and conversation. Upstairs rooms were lovely, downstairs ones were okay because showering setup was uncomfortable as it was not in its own room, but in the hall. Backyard furniture was dirty, but nice screen porch. Good proximity to beach and bay. Appreciated the free parking passes. Great neighborhood for walking. Overall positive experience.

Thank you for your comments. The lower-level shower is brand new and was added next to the half bath to give guests use of a shower on the lower-level - without it, guests would have to go up two flights of stairs to shower - now that would be uncomfortable. Each bedroom on the lower level contains two waffle robes for guest use for their convenience and comfort. The backyard furniture is cleaned as much as possible. Since it is uncovered and exposed to the elements, its extremely difficult to keep it 100% clean like the covered outdoor furniture on the screened porch. Perfect weekend getaway

This was the perfect place to spend a few days away outside our normal pandemic routines. The house was beautiful and clean and big, so it felt like a true vacation. Close enough to Rehoboth Beach to easily access but not so close that you felt surrounded by people. Highly recommend and would stay again!

One of the best vacation homes

The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean! The owner has thought of every little detail to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. We also loved the house's proximity to the beach and great restaurants (about 5-10 min drive depending on time of day). Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect spot for friend reunion!

Six of us lifelong friends met for a long weekend to reconnect, and this house was PERFECT! We loved the many options for hang out spots, the extra touches of live plants (even fresh roses!!) and the clean, beachy vibe. It's not an easy walking distance from anything, however, we had no issues with Doordash for dinner, and we did use the parking passes to go to the beach. Highly recommend and would gladly rent again!

Perfect Getaway for GF weekend!

We loved this house! The house was impeccable! The decor was so welcoming. The house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and large gathering areas. Excellent outdoor space as well! Though we did not use most appliances, it was clear that everything is well maintained. Location wise it is also perfect. It is close to the outlets and shops and great dining. Kim is an amazing host, always patient in answering our questions. We truly felt it was home away from home! We definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Beautiful spacious house for our Girls' reunion weekend

We stayed here for the Rehoboth Half marathon weekend. It was a 25 year college reunion for the 6 of us girls. The house was amazing and perfect for our stay. The owner Kim was very communicative and informative about the property. VERY easy check in on the morning of as was the check out on Sunday. Kim's house is beautifully decorated and it is sparkling clean just as the description implies. Being in this house really topped our weekend off. It was an easy ride to the center of town where the marathon's start and finish was. Thank you Kim for allowing us to stay in your amazing home. We had the best time. And if there are any runners out there consider the half or full marathon in Rehoboth next year. One of the best races out there...and the post party was a blast!!!

Lovely time at this beach house

I stayed in this beach house with 8 other people for a total of 9, and it was a good amount of space for the 9 of us. The property was clean and we appreciated that there were enough bath towels and even beach towels available for use. Kim communicated consistently with me via online VRBO messages and we did not have any problems with checking in or following her instructions. Kim also provided us with 2 parking passes for Rehobeth beach, which worked well for our party size since all 9 of us were able to fit in 2 cars when we drove to the beach. We had 4 cars in total so all 4 of us were able to fit on the driveway, but it may be difficult for parties that bring more than 4 cars. The only thing was that the basement bathroom was kind of strange because the toilet and sink were in one location, and then just the shower itself was oddly in the middle of the basement. My friends who lived in the basement also said that it was a bit too cold at night. Overall, this was one of the better VRBOs that I stayed at and I appreciate the extra touches of beach towels and 2 guest parking passes. I also liked that the bathrooms were stocked with soap and toilet paper so the only amenities people needed to bring were shampoo/conditioner.

Beautiful, spacious house

Beautiful house with grill and lovely screened in porch. The only drawback to the house is that you have to drive to the beach, which is in the listing. We were very comfortable and enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen and lounging in the communal areas!

Rehoboth DE wedding week stay

Kim is a great host. Her house was beautifully decorated, very cozy and charming, perfect stay for our wedding week for our daughter's wedding. There was so much room to get ready, hair, make-up. The neighborhood is very quite and I think the neighbors prefer it to stay that way so no wild parties, parking or late nights, which was perfect for us. The house is spacious but at the same time intimate. Thank you Kim, we really enjoyed our stay!!

Lovely Rehoboth getaway!

We were two families- 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty of room for all to be together or apart. lThe house is clean and kitchen is well stocked. Great location and wonderful screened in porch. A few recommendations- a teapot vs Keurig, a blow dryer and a drain board that can store under sink. A great find in Rehoboth!
