Imagine stepping onto the patio each day to take in breathtaking views of miles of pristine white sand and sparkling coastline. This oceanfront condo features a full kitchen, one full bathroom, a comfortable king bed, and a convenient Murphy bed for additional sleeping space. A shared laundry room is available on the property (not inside the unit).

This is a non-smoking condo. Small dogs are welcome; however, cats are not permitted. Please note there is no elevator access, but the unit is located on the second level—just one easy flight of stairs.

Prime Location
If location is at the top of your list, you’ve found the perfect getaway. This cozy condo sits on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach, directly across the street from Shuck’ems Oyster Bar & Grill and within walking distance of several fantastic restaurants. You’ll also be just minutes from Pier Park’s shopping and entertainment, Frank Brown Sports & Aquatic Center, Walmart, the City Pier, and Gulf World Marine Park.

Parking & Amenities
Free parking is provided for one vehicle per stay. Your parking pass will be waiting inside the condo upon arrival and must remain visible in your vehicle at all times. Guests also enjoy access to the on-site pool, hot tub, three BBQ grills, and a volleyball area.

Additional Policies
A non-refundable $50 pet fee applies for guests traveling with small dogs. Guests under the age of 25 are required to provide a $100 refundable damage deposit, which will be returned after inspection following departure.

The location was great and overall everything was clean. It does need a little updating with a couple of the accent chairs. The stove and refrigerator could be updated as well but they do work. The view is great!

Everything about this condo was great, however, the tub does need to be replaced. The fiberglass has mostly chipped out but a bath mat was provided to cover it while showering. Other than that, the only other thing is it is located across the street from a karaoke bar. You will outside but pretty soundproof inside the condo.

My husband and I enjoyed a week at this cute condo. It was enough room to enjoy ourselves and be close to the ocean. The view from the 2nd floor balcony was nice and the walk to the beach was short.

Didn’t ruin my trip

The property itself was in great location room was as described and booking through vrbo no problem. Had a couple of questions before booking response from the host was quick, but after booking we were supposed to receive information as far as checking in from host , received nothing. Called Vrbo to confirm reservation they confirmed. Was supposed to receive room number and key code the day of arrival but nothing from the host. Was sitting at the property not knowing what room and no key code, called 3 contact numbers for host but no response. Finally called vrbo after almost refunding or money and 2 attempts for vrbo contacting the host we finally got in the room. Room had a couple of issues such as pet hair on the sofa, candy wrappers on night stand and on the bathroom floor, the shower is for short people it hits you about mid torso . The host did refund us a $100.00 dollars for our inconvenience at check in. The room need some sort of welcome packet letting guests know what to do with towels, bedding, and trash upon checking out. There were no trash bags except for the on in the can in the bathroom, and kitchen area. I would stay at this property again just not with this host again.
