This stunning, renovated Edwardian is located in the beautiful bayside suburb of Hampton. Our place is 3 bedrooms, 3 living areas (or can be configured as 4 bedrooms) and 2 bathrooms. It has air conditioning, central heating, pool, outdoor deck with TV, BBQ, outdoor eating area, trampoline, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and large front and back yard. High ceilings and period features throughout, this is a quiet neighbourhood but with so many features right on the doorstep.
Perfectly located just 700 metres up the road from the world renowned Sandringham Yacht Club and one of the best beaches in Melbourne. Right in between the village type shopping strips of Hampton and Sandringham (just a 700 metre walk to either), both have train stations that take you into to centre of Melbourne in 23 minutes.
Laze around the pool all day, take evening walks to the beach and along the walking tracks or get out and experience everything Melbourne has to offer. Whatever your mood or plans, this place is the perfect place to cater for you.
