Huntly is located within 300 metres of the Yarraville village ,close to the station and it is only 4 kms to the Melbourne CBD.
This booking is for the use of the house as accommodation only no parties,weddings or events with invited guests are to be held at the property.
The house has historical charm from the Victorian period that include large rooms , high ceilings ,marble fireplaces polished floorboards and ornate cornices. The modern conveniences include 4 marble tiled bathrooms , some are ensuites.
The kitchen is a modern with stainless steel benches and the living areas are open with a large family room adjacent to the kitchen and overlooking the garden . Four sets of french doors look out from the living area into the garden.
The house and the grounds present the opportunity for a unique and memorable experience for a family or group.
It has 6 significant size bedrooms throughout the house.
Hydronic heating is in every room. and there is air-conditioning in the kitchen and family area downstairs.
