Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Limited to one activity for just one person each day (other members of the group can partake but will need to pay). Please note: A window and door replacement project is scheduled from late September 2025 through September 2026. Work will be done between 8am-4pm and there may be noise from construction.

West Tower: scheduled for after April 13, 2026

No work will be done between Dec 19 - Jan 5, 2026, and from Feb 1 - April 13th

Lakehouse: work will continue but may be temporarily paused during the winter season.

Perfect location and the best sunrises and sunsets! Couldn't have asked for a better location and better place. Had everything we needed from beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning eating our breakfast and soaking up the sunshine. The kitchen is small, but it was just my husband and I, so it was never an issue. Couldn't have asked for a better location! Would stay here again and again!!

Clean and tastefully decorated unit! We enjoyed the beachy vibe and the natural light throughout. The views were incredible! Spent a lot of time on the patio to enjoy the view of the Gulf. Location is great, close to the beach and the village. Will definitely stay again!

Loved our stay, right across from one of the main entrances to Siesta Key Beach. The condo was great. Clean. Comfortable beds. View of the beach/ Gulf from the 5th floor was wonderful. Only drawback was the noise of the traffic when sitting on the balcony.

The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. All appliances worked well. Kitchen well supplied with what you need to make meals. It’s right across from the beach. You can watch the sunset from your balcony. The managers were very responsive to any problems you might have. 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key immensely. Our daughter was graduating college and we wanted to make this a vacation for us as well. She stayed with us 2 nights and it was perfect. The condo was exactly as the pics shown on VRBO. All the comforts of home, and then some. We will definitely be back.

50th Anniversary

First time at Siesta Key and the Gulf. Had a great experience for our 50th wedding anniversary get away. Unit was clean, and right across the street from the beach. Property management was great and very responsive to all our needs. Will definitely be back!
