Enjoy all that Southern Illinois has to offer in this newly remodeled house. Whether you’re sitting on the front porch, or enjoying the back deck, you’ll be able to enjoy all nature has to offer. This home is convenient to many local attractions including Dixon Springs State Park, Lake Glendale, and the Shawnee National Forest. As well as only 11 miles from Interstate 24 (Vienna/Golconda Exit). There is one other rental unit on the property. Hunting and fishing are not permitted on this property.

The house was comfortable and provided plenty of space for my family to relax. My kids especially loved the pool table in the basement! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals - plenty of dishes, assorted pots and pans, utensils, etc. The location was also perfect for exploring the many different parks and natural areas. Beautiful house

If you are okay with being out in farmland and away from it all, then this place is great! My family was here to see the national forest and surrounding areas, and it was perfect. I recommend the Garden of the Gods! The beds were very comfortable, and kitchen well stocked.
