This condo is centrally located and you can get to the beach and almost anywhere else in Miami in 20 minutes or less depending on traffic. You are 4 minutes from Wynwood Walls. The Quadro Condos are close to some of the best shopping and restaurants in Miami.
What makes this property unique
We offer a free parking spot at our unit. Parking in the city is around $30-50 a day so that is already a huge value. We offer a luxury experience with pools and a gym for less than a hotel room.
