A set of custom-built twin bunks along the second-floor hallway adds a fun and cozy spot for kids or extra guests.

* A starter set of toiletries and products are provided when you arrive. this includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap along with 1 roll of paper towels, kitchen towels, a sponge, dish soap, a few detergent pods and laundry pods just to help you get settled.

A signed RENTAL AGREEMENT Is REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS and will be shared at the time of Booking

Cancel Policy allows for cancellations outside of 30 days to receive a full refund minus a processing fee

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so more travelers can come and enjoy all 30A has to offer. Unfortunately, a side effect of this growth is construction and all the things that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their vacation. As construction is outside of our control, we are not able to offer discounts or compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest`s stay.
