This house is exactly as it appears in the photos. Even though it is small the great room concept floor plan made it feel much larger! The backyard is a delightful entertainment area. We were entertained by various wildlife including, what appeared to be a neighborhood coyote! Our 27 lb. dog had a stare down before the coyote finally moved on! The neighborhood is just what would be expected for Surprise Grand. Rick is probably the most responsive host we have ever had. There is lots of storage. We did take our own Keurig and slow cooker, but the kitchen is very well stocked. They are not stingy with dishes or table ware. I guess the only thing they could have provided were groceries

This place is well stocked, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Would like a vacuum for cleaning. Great TV in the living room, but there is no cable so a Fire Stick is needed. Unable to park a car in garage.

Thanks Rita for your review. The main TV in the living room is a “smart” tv. You need to open the app of whatever service you have and enter the password. There is a vacuum in the hall closet. I am glad you enjoyed your stay.
