The nearby town of Punta de Mita, just a short golf cart ride away, offers a vibrant selection of restaurants, boutique shops, and cultural experiences. The surrounding area also includes popular destinations like Sayulita and San Pancho, known for their bohemian charm and surf culture.



Getting Around:

Getting to Surf Residence 211 is simple, with the Puerto Vallarta airport just a 50-minute drive away. Taxis and Uber are readily available. Golf carts are a popular and convenient way to explore Punta Mita, offering easy access to the beach clubs, golf courses, and nearby town.

A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.
