The villa, is within a ten minute walk to the main Burriana beach. Twenty minute walk to Nerja Town centre. Five bedroom,five bathroom, nice size lounge with TV. leading onto terraces.
The entrance hall leads into the large open plan lounge with satellite TV, DVD and fireplace. There are three bedrooms on this level, (two double, one twin) and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with, oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave. All Rooms have Air Con.
Toaster, etc., also a small breakfast room. Villa is fully air conditioned.
All rooms have television. . Heating in all rooms, also suitable for winter lets. , Four of the five bedrooms have terraces with sea and mountain views. own private pool located in a very nice garden. The pool is well maintained, 7 x 3 Meters. depth graduates to 1.6. Ideal family pool. BBQ area close to pool and garden.

Great place to stay for a family holiday

A lovely property for a family holiday, lots of rooms and bathrooms and a great pool and outdoor space. 10 minute walk to beach and a really good supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Would recommend

Nice house in need of renovation

This is not a luxury villa, as stated, but an ok house for a large family.The house was in need of a proper and cleaning and a major renovation. Not recomended for small children (stairs).

A week in Nerja

We had a good time and liked the property, it may need some TLC in a couple of areas, but, was clean and a nice villa. The location was a bit of a struggle to walk to from Burriana beach, but, taxis were cheap and numerous.

Spectacular spot

Eight senior women gathered in this beautiful villa for a two week vacation. The villa was exactly as advertised. A short walk to the grocery store made shopping easy. A ten minute walk down a very steep hill to Burriana Beach. And a fifteen minute walk to the old town. We often took a taxi home from town or the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped but we would have benefitted from a larger coffee maker. The views from our balconies were amazing. Thanks very much, Tony, for a great holiday.

This is an honest review of our experience.This property was left for our occupation in a dangerous and filthy state. Only one inoperative smoke alarm and no others in any of the many rooms and stairs. The fire extinguisher was out of date, no fire safety information or a current gas appliance safety check certificate. There were multiple areas of de bonded and cracked floor tiles. A broken poolside tile leaving a razor sharp edge. Filthy windows, doors, handrail, toilet bowls and pool tiles. Skirting tiles broken from wall. Putrid stench from one bathroom. Insecure hatch to under pool with a 15ft drop that would prove fatal. Some of the issues were given scant attention by the agent but in the main, most remained unresolved for the remainder of our stay. Most definitely wouldn't return or recommend it as a safe, clean or acceptable holiday accomodation. On reflection, this huge property needs ten of thousands of Euros spent on upgrade and safety management.

Family holiday

A good located, spacious property which needs some updating. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay and on arrival. The accommodation was very spacious and easily accommodated 8 adults with plenty terrace space, balcony’s and outdoor area. Would benefit from more outside lighting to be able to sit outdoors at night. The pool wasn’t cleaned during our 9 day stay and it would have greatly benefitted from this, particularly the tiled surround. There was an issue with hot water in some showers which I notified the manager of. Someone came out a few days later and told us the gas cylinder needed replaced which they did, however even after this was done the hot water supply was intermittent. The aircon throughout the property can only be turned on for two hours at a time, this needs updating as during our stay the villa got very hot! An excellent location near the Mercadona and a 10 minute walk to the beach however very steep walk back up to the villa from Burriana beach. All in all this is a lovely spacious property in a great location, good for a group of adults.

Absolute joke this property should not be listed we had to spend three hours cleaning the garden area when we got there it was disgusting ground in bird muck everywhere we had to supply our own cleaning products to do this, the property is very run down , the aircon in my daughters bedroom did not work for six days no hot water in bathrooms apart from one , we spent most of our time having to complain we all missed a booked trip but could not go due to no electricity no water all our food in the fridge was ruined, they did send out people to deal with things but quite obviously not ti deal with properly 30 year old aircon , looking from previous years there has been complaints for at least three years re the water and aircon , It completely rui ed my holiday as this was for my 60th birthday with a family of nine we will see if we compensated for lost trip and food I won’t hold my breath , I don’t normally complain about things and just laugh it off but I wouldn’t want anyone else to waste there money

Maison pratique et abordable

La maison nous a convenu pour 2 semaines de vacances à 2 familles avec 6 enfants (adolescents). Michelle était réactive et disponible durant notre séjour.Points positifs : nombre de chambres et de salles de bains pour 2 familles, piscine privée, tranquillité de l'espace extérieur, équipements à disposition (jeux gonflables pour la piscine, table de ping-pong, barbecue, transats...), quartier calme, facilité pour se garer dans la rue devant la maisonPoints négatifs : propreté notamment dans certaines chambres et espaces extérieurs, manque de certains articles de cuisine pour le nombre total d'habitants (couverts, bols...), manque d'eau chaude après quelques douches le soir, une des climatisations des chambres ne fonctionnait pas très bien (chambre marron au rez-de-chaussée), fuite de la climatisation sur la terrasse côté appartement, petite incertitude sur la qualité des produits d'entretien de la piscine qui a contribué à générer quelques dégâts sur les maillots de bain blancs.Au global, nous sommes satisfaits du rapport qualité-prix bien que la maison mériterait un peu plus d'entretien et un inventaire des équipements mis à disposition.

Leuk oubollig huis

Leuk huis, wel vreselijk gedateerd! Ouw bende. Ligging prima, al is de terugweg vanaf het strand zwaar. We hadden geklaagd over de hygiëne van het huis want het was heet vies. Daarna wel meteen opnieuw schoongemaakt. Zeer harde bedden maar dat is een persoonlijk iets. Ik blijf het wel altijd jammer vinden dat er werkelijk niets is van zout, peper olijfolie of dat soort zaken. Enorme verspilling aan het einde van de week dat alles wordt weggegooid

Enjoyable time

We chose this villa so we would have the option of going into the town just be aware of the hilly walk back. We walked down to the beach and Nerja town and got taxis back at a very Reasonable price. The villa was very spacious and the pool was lovely. Air con in bedrooms which was needed. Would highly recommend for family/friends

Huset är gammalt och rätt slitet, men det är väl ok. Dock stämmer inte kartan över var huset ligger. Det ligger betydligt längre upp på Calle Lucena. Det var en stor besvikelse. Hade vi vetat det hade vi aldrig bokat. Det var några saker som inte fungerade när vi kom men Tony , värden, fixade det. Men det borde vara klart när vi kommer Polområdet var helt ok. För dessa pengar och så långt upp så finns nyare hus att hyra

Viajamos en familia, y la casa está aceptable para un gran grupo, aunque no cumple las expectativas del precio ni del anuncio. Hemos estado en sitios mejores, y más baratos. La descripción de la villa está desactualizada y debería aclararse bien las calidades, como por ejemplo no funcionan las bañeras hidromasajes que aparece tiene algunas habitaciones. No todas tienen televisión, y alguna no funcionaba. Necesita inversión y arreglar cosas. El agua caliente de la planta superior tampoco funcionaba, aunque como éramos familia nos apañamos bien. La planta inferior no tiene ventilación el baño y huele a humedad, se necesita arreglar toda esa parte, no funcionaba ninguna de las dos bañeras hidromasajes de allí. La piscina estaba bien. El jardín es artificial y algo roto ya del uso. El agente inmobiliario muy atento y arregló la nevera que no enfriaba correctamente, y atendió nuestros comentarios Nos comento que pensaban arreglar varias cosas para el año próximo, y espero así sea, para mostrar bien lo que tiene la descripción de la casa.

Relación calidad precio CARÍSIMO. No funcionaba el lavavajillas, ni las televisiones. Todo muy deteriorado. Menaje de cocina espantoso. En la habitación de arriba no hay agua caliente. Piscina súper sucia y pequeña. El estado de la casa es de no invertir y por tanto está todo medio estropeado, viejo y sucio. Le transmitimos las quejas al responsable y aunque repuso una de las Tv y a falta de 2 días puso un lavavajillas ni de lejos esta casa está a la altura del precio. Del mantenimiento de la piscina se tuvo que ocupar mi marido que por suerte tenía los conocimientos necesarios y los últimos días ya parecía una piscina limpia y agradable.

Pleasant stay in lovely family property

spacious property for our large family celebration. Manager very efficient and helpful. First Class in fact. Only downfall it was further out than we thought. Only10 mins to beach but a very steep hill and the walk into town took us 40 mins.

Nerja stay

Very spacious, clean, and well equipped for our needs, some areas in need of a little bit of work but the owner has this planned. Pool and garden was a godsend. Easy car parking, steep hill to Burriana beach approx 10 minute walk and 25 minutes to the Balcony. The only disappointment was the view to the sea is severely blocked by a new build that is in progress, but it did not affect our stay. Would definitely book this property in the future when returning to Nerja. Good value for the money.

Buiding Work Ongoing

Disappointed at the construction work which was much closer than intimated. too close for comfort, work started at 7am and was very, very noisy, builders looking down on everyone in the pool!!!! not very good at all. Compensation would not go amiss!!!!

Excellent large villa for Families

Great villa with a huge amount space with 5 bedrooms / bathrooms. Pool and garden area is great. WiFi and Air con all great as well as the TV’s with lots of channels for kids etc. Tony the agent was great and on hand whenever we needed something. Only negative would be that some areas need updating, some bathrooms are dated and just need some TLC. Construction work right next to the villa wasn’t ideal but it wasn’t constant and didn’t bother us too much. Other than that, we would recommend the villa 100%.

Beautiful property...unfortunate construction going on behind but it didnt effect our stay

Would have liked a warning about the construction but other than that everything was great. Minor pool issues which were fixed right away when asked. Great area...great property & well managed..
