Break free from city life in our cozy rustic wagon! A 30-acre cattle ranch that boasts some of the most serene land bordering the Texas Prairies & Lakes & East TX Piney Woods. This stand-alone unit has the luxuries of a home including a queen bed & cot bunks, AC/heat, TV, high-speed internet, fire pit, outdoor movies, heated stock tank pool & full bathroom. There are also 4 patio chairs outside for guests to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views.



There is a propane grill, an outdoor 120" projector with a fire stick, a propane whiskey barrel firepit with complementary smores, and a corn hole setup. Inside the wagon, guests can also find a microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker with 4 pods & creamers provided, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion. Bluetooth & Vinyl record players with records are available as well to enjoy during your stay.



The property is conveniently located near attractions like zip lines, Canton, Edom, Ben Wheeler, State Parks, several lakes & wineries.
