This place is HUGE with 5000 sqft, 7 bedrooms, 10 real beds (2 king and 8 queens), 3 bathrooms, with private parking lot that has 5+ parking spaces, perfect place to hold a family gathering but NO PARTY since there's a condo below you, no smoking inside and no pets. This condo is 2 blocks from the FedEx Forum.

Please note: this is not a new place and it’s not luxury at all. Its shabby-chic so don’t expect brand new... It’s very big and fun though.

This place is so fun for kids and adults with the ping pong table, foosball table, shuffleboard table, game room with cards and poker chips, and lots of board games like trivia, etc.

There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 with showers, and 1 with a tub.

This property has a gated and private parking lot that holds over 12 cars, which is shared with the downstairs.

You can walk down to Beale Street and it's only 2 blocks away, you will be right in the middle of the fun part of Beale.

I have no doubt you will love this place.

Andy, the host, was super responsive to my questions after booking and really helpful once we arrived. Condo was huge and well appointed with 10 beds in 7 bedrooms, very comfortable for our big group including at meal times, with plenty of seating for counter and table dining and on the big living room sectional. Excellent games for all of us to socialize -- ping pong, shuffleboard -- and good kitchen amenities for cooking and enjoying take out. There's even an office space for someone to get away for a bit of work; internet was fast and reliable. Beale Street is 2 blocks for excellent dining at Blues City Cafe and great live music. FedEx Forum and the outstanding Rock and Soul Museum were also just 2 blocks away. Peabody Hotel was just 4 blocks away with a beautiful lobby, the duck march, and a great hotel tour. I definitely recommend this spacious condo for a big group -- free parking, comfy beds, lots of socializing space, and a perfect downtown location.
