Thank you for choosing our accommodation for your stay in Marrakech. To ensure a pleasant experience, please review the House Rules. Everyone in your group must know and follow these rules to avoid any issues with the platform or local authorities.

HOUSE RULES:

It’s your responsibility to share these rules with all group members so everyone understands and is aware of the risks:

1. According to Moroccan law, each traveler must present their passport at check-in, fill out a information form for authorities, and sign the House Rules agreeing to follow them. If any member refuses these legal obligations, we reserve the right to refuse access to the entire group.

2. No outside persons are allowed in the property.

3. No parties or loud noises that disturb neighbors are allowed. Playing loud music during the day is forbidden.

4. Moroccan law states only married Moroccan couples can rent the house. This law does not apply to non-Moroccan citizens.

5. It is strictly forbidden to host prostitutes. Violating this rule will make travelers solely responsible for any legal consequences, including police reports, penalties, or fines.

6. The house is non-smoking. Smoking inside or outside is not allowed.

7. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

8. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

9. No pets are allowed inside.

10. Commercial or promotional photos or videos are not permitted inside.

Failure to respect these rules may lead to the end of your stay without a refund. If you do not vacate within 4 hours, we may involve law enforcement for eviction.

In case of serious accidents or death, the company and owner are not responsible, and guests agree not to file complaints or seek damages.

Other important rules:

- Check-in with key delivery is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Early entry is not possible to allow cleaning and preparation.

- Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not allowed to respect the following guests and cleaning schedule.

- Please confirm your flight arrival and departure times so we can coordinate your check-in and check-out. We do not store luggage before or after your stay.

- To give you the best experience, share your arrival and departure times once your booking is confirmed so we can plan accordingly.

- Keep the property in good condition. Our cleaning team can assist (extra charge).

- Report any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues immediately for quick resolution. We may request reimbursement for damages.

- Only the equipment listed in the ad is available: elevator, shower, air conditioning, freezer, kitchen, gas stove, hot water, oven, washing machine, fridge, paid parking outside, Wi-Fi.

- Make sure all doors and windows are locked and devices turned off when leaving.
