It is also minutes away from Argo Park which offers beautiful hiking and running trails which takes you around the Huron river, as well as a wonderful canoe livery.
This unit is in a lovely Ann Arbor home on the old west side of Ann Arbor near the historical district, and has the best of everything! -All Stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove, over the range microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. hardwood floors throughout and granite counters. The bathroom is beautifully tiled with porcelain tile and a Kohler rain shower , towel warmer. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer in unit, and a private entrance. The rent includes water, gas ,electric central air conditioning, high speed internet .
