Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please dishes, dry them and put back in cabinet before check out
Please return the keys to the lockbox using the same code as pickup. Failure to return the keys will result in a $150 fee.
Guests may not remove any property items. Inventory is checked after checkout, and removal of any items will result in a $300 fee, regardless of the item.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
