This newly built two-story private suite is centrally located in San Diego: 12 min from the beach, great for families (World Famous San Diego Zoo/Safari, LegoLand, Disneyland), and close to business parks for work travel. Views are stunning and the property has wood/stone interior, natural lighting, & a gorgeous bathroom. The fully private suite shares a wall with the main property, has a private front & back entrance, private patio & rock garden, and is directly across from a large green space.
The full property is on a hillside with beautiful views from all sides. Your private suite is surrounded by beautiful trees full of birds. There is a private back deck and rock garden in the midst of those trees. The unit shares a wall with the main house with a locked door between the main home and the private suite. The unit is immediately across from a large beautiful park with huge trees, walking track, sports fields, pickleball/basketball courts, and a big playground.
