About this property
Casa Daphne stunning sea view, 200m to the beach and Selimiye Village center
Comfortable house of 120 sqm, with a spacy patio of 35 sqm with a splendid view of the Selimiye Bay. There are, 2 large bedrooms. Both have one double bed ( one room has a king bed of 180x200 cm, the second room has a standard double bed of 160x200cm). Both rooms have wardrobes ( the first bedroom has a wall to wall wardrobe and the other has a standard wardrobe). There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, mini oven, microwave. There is AC as well as a radiator ( for the winter) in all the rooms. A plazma screeb,WiFi and a music system is available in the house.
Flooring in the kitchen and other wet floors are made of real glazed, cut tiles, other rooms flooring is made of wood parquet. There is a parking area for 1 car.
