The space
Located on the Park Boundary our house has spectacular mountain views, and our yard is teeming with wildlife. The Park entrance road is just 10 miles away. You'll feel like you're living in the wild, yet you can enjoy all the modern amenities of home including strong Wifi, great cell service and Satellite TV.
The living room, dining area and kitchen has on open floor plan in which you can enjoy each other's company and view Denali National Park out our large windows. All the bedrooms have black out blinds and curtains and are located down the hall towards the back of the house. It's an awesome set up because people in the living area do not disturb people resting in the bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a full bathroom and 2 downstairs that share a full bathroom. There is another full bathroom in the living area.
The attached garage is used as a spacious bonus room with a sofa and chairs along with darts and a ping pong table.
We also have a large washer and dryer for your use, and we provide the detergent.
There is an outdoor fire pit and Horseshoes in the front yard. You can buy firewood nearby.
We are located in Healy, Alaska which is a 15-minute drive to Denali National Parks only entrance road. Healy is the main town for Denali and is where all services and area activities are located. There is a full-service grocery and liquor store which has an outfitter section. There are also several bars and restaurants. Healy is 4.5 hours north of Anchorage and 2 hours South of Fairbanks.
You must have a rental car to stay at our property. Our driveway is maintained gravel and does not violate your rental car agreement. There is plenty of parking next to your unit.

We are the last house in our subdivision, so the yard feels like a million acres. There are 2 separate rental units on our property. The houses are nestled in the woods so it feels like you are super remote but there are neighbors close by. All area activities are also nearby which makes are house the perfect location for enjoying all Denali has to offer.
There are great hiking opportunities right from our front door.

Within walking distance of our house, you can rent an ATV or take a Fat Truck Tour and ride for miles.
Also within walking distance is Black Diamond Resort which has a great restaurant and a 9-hole Golf Corse. You can also walk to Otto Lake for fishing; the lake is stocked yearly.
I will send you detailed driving directions and your personal key code for entry two days prior to your arrival.
My family lives in the area and we are always close by. If you have questions feel free to text or phone, I'm more than happy to answer any questions or offer advice. We respect your privacy and independence so if I do not hear from you, we will assume all is well.

We provide all linens, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toilet paper. There is a hair dryer.
The Drip Coffee Maker does not need filters, and we provide drip coffee & powdered cream and sugar.
From time-to-time people leave condiments. There's plenty of spices but please do not expect anything in the way of food items to be provided. Our kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and everything you will need to whip up a feast.
We provide propane for the BBQ.
