About this property
Assemble Boise
Summary:
The premier home for retreats, offsites, reunions, and gatherings in the heart of Boise’s historic North End. It sleeps 17 (5 singles and 6 doubles). Each room has an ensuite bathroom. There is an open kitchen booth indoors and outdoors, a dining room, a lounge, and a 13-person hot tub. The property is the ideal place for small groups to connect, create, and make lasting memories in Boise’s historic neighborhood.
The Space:
Assemble Boise is a thoughtfully restored boutique property originally built in 1896. Historic charm meets modern comfort: cozy, well-appointed rooms, inviting shared spaces, and an outdoor courtyard designed for relaxation and connection. Whether you’re here for a team offsite, a family gathering, or a wellness retreat, the environment is crafted to help you feel at ease and engaged with the people you’re here to be with.
Guest Access:
Your group will have full access to the entire property, including all guest rooms, dining area (which doubles up as a board room), communal lounge (perfect for meetings), the shared kitchen, the outdoor grill and dining area, cold plunge, and 13-person hot tub. You’ll receive a unique access code for keyless entry so you can come and go on your own schedule.
The Neighborhood:
The property is situated within the Hays Historic District in Boise’s North End, the city’s most beloved communities. Tree-lined streets, century-old architecture, and local shops create a charming village feel. You are walking distance to an Albertson’s grocery store, downtown, the Hyde Park neighborhood, Camel’s Back Park and the entire foothills trail system. A five-minute ride will get you everywhere from the convention center to the Boise River’s Green Belt.
Getting Around:
The entire neighborhood is extremely walkable and bike-friendly. It's 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown, and 5 minutes to nature. Many guests choose to explore the North End on foot. Rideshare services are readily available and street parking (if our lot is full) is easy to find.
Other Things to Note:
Assemble Boise is located within a quiet residential historic district. We ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and maintain quiet hours. Because this is a restored heritage property, some layouts and features may feel unique compared to a standard hotel — part of the North End charm we love to preserve. You are welcome to use any of our facilities and make yourself at home, because that's what it's meant to feel like.
Interaction with Guests:
We believe great hospitality is both high-touch and unobtrusive. You’ll have digital access to our team throughout your stay for support, recommendations, and concierge requests. Whether you need help planning activities or simply want more towels, we’re just a message away.
