Spacious East Hampton Home for families and friends. Perfect for all seasons.

This cozy and beautiful Hamptons house located just minutes from the bay and only 10 minute drive to East Hampton village shops/restaurants and the main beach. Four spacious bedrooms, including a first floor master suite, have hardwood floors throughout and the central air system is perfect for cooling down after a hot day at the beach. Open floor plan leading out to the back deck and gunite pool provides the perfect space to entertain friends and family.

It’s perfect for families and for friends. It’s very comfortable and fully equipped. The backyard gets tons of sunlight and we have furniture outside for meals!! I love having breakfast outside in the morning, the weather is perfect and not too hot..

Very nice property - well located

We stayed a week and we all found the property very nice, as described in the listing. It is a quiet neighborhood well situated and the house has everything a family needs. The owner was easily reachable and she has answered very quickly to all our questions.

Fun in the Hamptons

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in East Hampton. The house was exactly as it was described in the listing. The owner was accessible and provided good recommendations for local restaurants and activities to enjoy in the area. We loved having a pool since the beach wasn’t within walking distance. We highly recommend this home for future renters. The Hamptons will always be a happy place for me!

Absolutely amazing property & stay!!

The property was stunning with everything we could possibly need! The house itself is gorgeous and the backyard is paradise. We spent most of our time cooking and hanging in the kitchen and outside by the pool with enough chairs for our whole group!! Shahnaz and Nausheen were so easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything. They gave us recommendations on things to do and everything! They also helped ship one of our suitcases that was left behind! They really went above and beyond. I can't wait to come back next year!

Great stay in the Springs

The property is very clean and well designed. The owner really thought about how to make the guests well comfortable. The location in the Springs close to the bay beaches and also within a short drive of the main East Hampton beach is very convenient, as well. The owner is very responsive. There was an AC issue on the first night at 8pm and a repair person was out at the house two hours later taking care of the issue. Overall, a very nice stay.
