The house was beautiful, the pool was great, the location was nice and the host was very prompt and attentive. We had an amazing weekend and would stay there again.

Such a wonderful home! The place was prefect for my bday / little summer getaway. The pool is huge, the master bedroom bathtub was so relaxing, the location was also really great - very central to downtown Glendale and the parking was perfect! Lots of streeet parking. The neighborhood itself was super family friendly and felt very safe. It was also very peaceful at night. Overall had an amazing stay here and would 100% come back again!

A total nightmare for my family. The property was severely neglected: outdoor trash bins were full at check-in, the garbage disposal was broken, and the floors were so filthy my toddler’s feet turned pitch black. Worse, malfunctioning fire alarms repeatedly blasted a piercing noise, causing extreme sensory and emotional distress to my children, forcing us to flee the house to escape the sound. Our privacy and safety were deeply violated. During a family gathering explicitly pre-approved by the host in writing months ago, a stranger outside was caught tracking us and taking unauthorized photos of our vehicles and my underage children. Photographing minor children without parental consent is a disgusting safety breach and violation. To make matters worse, the host sent cleaners an entire day early, interrupting our paid stay.The host then attempted to extort a fraudulent 450 fee based on completely false allegations. When I sent a firm reply with message screenshots proving everything was authorized, the host completely ignored my message, offered zero apology, and instead sent an automated template praising me as an "amazing guest" and asking for a review to cover their tracks.The absolute lack of accountability, blatant disrespect, and complete disregard for child safety and basic habitability is completely unacceptable. Do not stay here if you value your privacy, safety, or peace of mind.

It's also a convenient home base for guests who want to explore different parts of Los Angeles while having a quieter place to return to at the end of the day.

One of our favorite things about the area is being able to enjoy the Southern California lifestyle without feeling like you're staying in the middle of a busy tourist district. Whether you're here to visit family, attend an event, explore LA, or simply spend some time by the pool, the location makes it easy to enjoy your stay at your own pace.

One of the highlights of the property is the private backyard pool, creating a wonderful space to cool off, spend time outside, and enjoy sunny California days. Inside, you'll find spacious living and gathering areas that give families and groups plenty of room to spread out while still being able to spend quality time together.

The home also has plenty of character, with a fireplace, additional bonus spaces, and views of the surrounding mountains and pool.
