Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-story townhome. This includes all bedrooms, living spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony with a BBQ, and a ground-floor patio. You will also have access to the in-unit washer and dryer. A key is provided for the shared community hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in Snowcreek Phase IV off Old Mammoth road near the Snow Creek Golf Course and Athletic Club.
Getting Around:
Conveniently located, this condo is just a 14-minute walk to the nearest Red Line stop at the intersection of Old Mammoth Road and Minaret Road. The Red Line operates seven days a week, from 7 AM to 6 PM, providing easy access to The Village and Main Lodge, with several stops in between.
Other Things to Note:
GUEST CAPICITY: This home comfortably sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.
NO AIR CONDITIONING: Please note that the home does not have air conditioning, which is common in Mammoth. We provide portable fans for each bedroom to ensure your comfort during warmer summer days.
STAIRS: This is a 3-story townhome and requires the use of stairs to access the main living area and loft.
