Reservation Requirement
- GUEST COUNT: Please ensure overnight guests do not exceed the number on your reservation.
- AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary guest must be at least 23 years old and present during the stay. (Families with children may request an exception).
- PET POLICY: A $30/night per pet fee applies (max 2 dogs). Dogs are subject to approval and insurance guidelines. Please pick up all pet waste before checkout to avoid additional cleaning fees.
- PEAK SEASON POLICY (May – September)
Late Check-Out: Due to a tight cleaning schedule, we CANNOT accommodate late check-out requests during peak season. Please plan your departure on time so we can prepare the home for the next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
Early Check-In: While we can’t guarantee an early check-in, we will send you a message when the property is clean and ready for your stay! An additional fee is applicable for early check-in prior to 2 PM.

House Rules & Reservation Guidelines
To ensure a peaceful and safe experience for all our guests and neighbors, please review our house rules below. Non-compliance may result in significant fines or immediate loss of reservation.

- Local Bookings: We generally do not accept reservations from guests living within the same city. Please contact us before booking if you are local.
- Arrival & Departure: Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Starter Supplies: We provide initial essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
- Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood; please be respectful of our neighbors.
- NO PARTIES or Events: Any kind of gathering is strictly prohibited. Violators will immediately lose their reservation without a refund and incur an additional $1000 charge for dissipation.
- Smoke & Drug-Free Zone: Smoking (including tobacco and marijuana) and illegal drugs are not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be charged for any evidence or odor of smoking.
- Lawful Use: Illegal activity—including drug use, prostitution, or possession of firearms—is strictly prohibited.

Safety & Maintenance
- Security Cameras: For your safety, a smart doorbell(on door) and exterior cameras monitor entry points only. There are no cameras inside the home. Tampering with security devices will result in a minimum $250 fee.
- Damage Reporting: Please report any accidental damage to the hosts immediately.
