This was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. We loved the fire pit area and the landing with chairs so that we could just sit and watch the water. Hosts Rebecca and Ethan were very friendly and answered any questions we had before arriving and while we were there. Both our teenage kids loved that they had access to water toys to keep them busy. It was also a bonus that our kids became friends with the neighbors of which I am sure they will stay in touch. It was so hard to leave but hoping we will make it back soon!

We had a great time! The cabin exceeded all our expectations. Rebecca was so helpful and accommodating. We had bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and other floaties at our disposal. The view and accessibility of Lake Huron when we walked out of our backdoor was amazing! Not to mention the sunrise out our bedroom window each morning! The kitchen was modern and well-designed with everything we needed. We loved the big harvest table where we could all sit comfortably for meals as well as the game table for jigsaw puzzles or other activities separate from meals. The sunroom was perfect for reading a book or just enjoying the view of the lake. This was a perfect getaway for our 14-year-old grandson and 17-year-old granddaughter They were never bored and that was the best part! We will be back!!!

I stayed here for three nights - 2 adults and one ten year old - and we had a great time! The cabin was very clean and the updated kitchen was so nice and well stocked with dishes and cookware. Plenty of space to relax, including the closed-in porch, the deck with a huge table and seating (where the trees give you some privacy from neighbors), chairs near the stairs to the beach, and a picnic table in the front of the cabin. Lots of seating and table space inside too. My son had a ton of fun swimming in the lake and they even had kayaks (plus lots of other stuff) for us to use. The garage was also stocked with a wagon containing enough firewood for a night plus some kindling supplies. Rebecca was wonderful and very communicative, they responded to any issues right away. There was also a cute little bakery stand right next door on Saturday morning! My only suggestion is to bring water shoes because it’s very rocky near the shore, but a sandbar isn’t too far in. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would book again.

Everything was fantastic about the cottage and the host. It was a girls get away for five women and the home fit us perfectly. The interior was cozy and had plenty of space for us to play cards etc... and the deck, fire pit area and area for adirondack chairs being on concrete made it comfortable. Another great table and umbrella on the deck for breakfast (and mimosa's) watching the sun come up was awesome.

This was the perfect little place for us to get away from the weekend! The views of Lake Huron are beautiful. We loved the patio areas and you can walk right out to the sandy beach. The house was really clean and they had a well stocked kitchen so we were able to easily prepare some meals. They also had a blackstone, which made breakfasts even easier with clean up. The hosts Rebecca and Ethan were very kind, quick to respond and even gave us recommendations about places in the area too! We hope we can come back again soon!
