4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, comfortably sleeps eight. Beautiful views where 'Old Arroyo' and 'Arroyo Colorado' fork. Great fishing on the dock. Outdoor palapa, bbq pit, lighted fishing pier. Large screen satellite tv, satellite internet, full kitchen, central air, and dishwasher. Fenced yard is pet friendly. 30 minutes from Harlingen airport. 30 minutes to Brownsville/SPI.

The house functioned for many years as a fly fishing lodge and is appointed as you would expect. It is comfortable but not stuffy. It has been voted the Best Rental on the Arroyo for 4 straight years.

Perfect location close to the park (ramp). Also, it sits at the widest point on the Arroyo, providing spectacular views of the surrounding South Texas ranch country.
