I worked as full time fly fishing guide in Arroyo City for many years before moving to Colorado. Whether fishing with fly or conventional tackle, Arroyo City is the gem of South Texas. What Port O'Connor used to be and South Padre never was.

Why they chose this property

The house functioned for many years as a fly fishing lodge and is appointed as you would expect. It is comfortable but not stuffy. It has been voted the Best Rental on the Arroyo for 4 straight years.

What makes this property unique

Perfect location close to the park (ramp). Also, it sits at the widest point on the Arroyo, providing spectacular views of the surrounding South Texas ranch country.
