Great location

This unit is a very easy walk to a lift and the ability to ski into the back is very convenient!! Very comfortable and well taken care of space. Included everything needed for a wonderful ski vacation.

We had 5 guests and could not sit all of us at one time without sitting on a wooden table chair. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. The beds were uncomfortable and noisy.

Good location that's about it

This condo is located a few blocks from Main Street Breck which is good. But the unit is old, there is no pool or hot tub (communal 300 yards away), and if you've got young kiddos there are two steep staircases that present a problem. The basement has no windows where there's additional sleeping. The manager of the property was responsive. This condo is probably better for winter season as it's ski in/out.

A little small but we loved it

We had a total of five in this trip. We LOVED the location, I misunderstood the description of the heated parking. The parking lot is heated, not a covered heated space. Slightly disappointed, but actually surprised how well that actually worked.Like other commenters mentioned it is a bit small, but we were still comfortable.If I had one "complaint" (and it isn't really a complaint) I wish the largest bed was in the basement since it didn't have to share a bathroom. All that said we would definitely rent this space again.

Everything was as promised and we had a great stay. Easy uphill walk to snowflake lift and ski to back steps at end of day. Quick walk to town to experience a big selection of dining choices, all of which were very good. After knowing the snowfall this year was minimal, the ski conditions were much better than expected.

Great Ski In Location

The location of the condo offered a great ski in location right up to the backdoor however, you do have to walk about 2 blocks to get to the Snowflake lift to ski out. Not really an issue for skiers however, several of us ski bike so we chose to just drive over to the Peak 8. There were 5 of us in our group and the condo provided everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this condo and would consider staying here again in the future.

Place was clean and our party of 8 had places to sleep. Plenty of towels and management was very responsive when we asked for a working can opener. We were across the street for the bus pickup and a block uphill to the lift. Coming back at the end of the day was perfect to ski into the back door. The walk to downtown was only a few minutes. Only complaint is we couldn’t fit together while eating or in the main living room as there Is only space for 4 to lounge or 6 to eat at the table. The master upstairs shares a bathroom with the twin bed room. Overall a great place. Check out procedures not over prescriptive and sensible. overall great stay.

Convenient to the 4 o’clock run slope, great space for kids to play outside after the runs close. Close to town. Great space!

Ski in/Walk out

The condo was well appointed--lots of necessities included. Skiing into the back door was perfect. It's a short walk uphill to the Snowflake lift. We rented ski equipment from Charter BlueSky and left skis/poles there. Due to COVID, the hot tub/pool access is limited and reservations have to be made 2 days ahead of time. A king size bed should replace the double bed downstairs. We had a great time at this great location!

Family Vacation!

We stayed at this location in mid August. Had two major complaints one was that the the room in the basement had a fire escape that was boarded up and screwed closed. If there was a fire there was no way to get out. The second major complaint was the bed in the basement. The bed sagged in the middle so much two people could not sleep on it. It was very uncomfortable. The overall place was nice, great location and we had fun in Breckenridge.

Great location but needs TLC

Location is great! We are frequent visitors to Breck & it’s great so be such a short walk to Main St. The condo is however lacking some basic maintenance & could use some simple attention. Light bulbs out in 1 of 2 kitchen lights, & just one working bulb in upstairs bath. WiFi router needed to be reset but we couldn’t find it, so spent 40 mins on phone with ISP having them manually connect our devices to WiFi. Property manager said there was nothing they could do. Place smelled like cigarettes upon arrival - requested Febreeze to no avail. Upstairs tub drained very very slowly. All small things, but overall have feeling the home is unloved.

Great townhouse in a perfect location

The property was exactly what we were looking for. The unit was mountain-modern and clean. Perfect for 4 to 8 people. A block walk to the Snowflake lift and 3 to the center of downtown. Highly recommend.

Old and dated. Put away Christmas decorations in summer. Tiny. Location and pool great.

Perfect location walkable to town. Pool was a definite plus for kids. Condo furnishings were dated and carpeting old and stained. Kitchen tiny. Dining area also tight. Laundry room was messy. I cut my foot on a piece of glass left from previous renters and apparently missed by cleaning crew. Deck small. Only space for two. Downstairs bedroom does not meet fire escape regulations. There was no window.
