We really enjoyed staying here as the property was clean, well-maintained and very pet friendly. If you are visiting the distilleries and events happening around the Frankfort and Lexington areas, this property is perfectly located. Our host, John, was very attentive to any need we had and checked in on us often. We loved our stay here!

This home has a charming, relaxing feel to it. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Great home if you have a dog because of the fenced yard. Very convenient to everything.

Place was clean but had difficulty using the TVs and ran out of hot water during the first shower we used. Noticed a camera installed on shelf in bedroom.

Thank you for staying with here we do not have cameras anywhere inside the house those are sensors for our Hvac thermostat to be able to provide the most comfortable stay possible for heating and cooling and the hot water heater is appropriately sized for six people
