Villa Las Verandas 1022 is a bright and elegant Caribbean retreat designed for pure relaxation. With its open layout, high ceilings, and seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, this villa perfectly captures the essence of island living. The spacious living room features comfortable seating, a large television, and direct access to the terrace and private pool through wide French doors that invite in the sea breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, and Nespresso machine — ideal for preparing everything from light breakfasts to sunset dinners.

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, each tastefully decorated with light tones and natural textures. The master bedroom, located by the terrace, offers direct pool access and a private en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, sink, and toilet. Two additional bedrooms at the front share a modern bathroom with rain shower and toilet.

Outside, the terrace and pool area are the heart of the villa. Enjoy the panoramic ocean view from the lounge corner, dine alfresco at the outdoor table, or soak up the sun on the comfortable loungers by the pool. From morning coffee to evening cocktails, every moment is accompanied by the soothing sounds of the sea.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.
At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
