Upon arriving after midnight, the house was without electricity. The host claimed a storm had caused the outage, but failed to inform the guests. Despite multiple attempts to contact her, she attributed the issue to the electric company. TECO reported an account issue, not an outage. The host insisted it wasn’t the case, and offered only one night’s compensation due to the lack of prior notification. The house was also not thoroughly cleaned, despite a professional cleaning team’s visit. Additionally, roaches were present during the stay. Despite these inconveniences, the host only offered one night’s compensation, which has not been received after three weeks (reservation dates: 1/15-1/19). Photos are attached for reference. As a business owner your customers should always feel your there for them no matter what services you offer and to be HONEST with them and not BS with them!
