Our beautiful home is located in Tampa and is close to the airport, countless restaurants, parks, museums, and stires.The home is a spacious 2051 sq. ft. 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom that is able to comfortably sleep 12 guests. You will find countless things to do at our home from the swimming pool and hot tub, professionally installed putting green, and the loaded game room. Enjoy a truly relaxing vacation with your friends and family where life long memories will be created. We have a fully equipped kitchen where the largest Thanksgiving Dinner you can imagine can be prepared and a dining room that can accommodate your family for that big dinner. All four bedrooms are located upstairs with two of the rooms boasting king size mattresses. The room at the top of the stairs has a double bed and the room across from the main bathroom has two single beds. You can also find a crib, if needed, in the closet in this bedroom. The couch in the living room can be converted into a double bed allowing for two more people to sleep. We also provide two air mattresses located in the oak chest in the living room if needed to have additional beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks and an updated stand up shower. The main bathroom is located in the upstairs hallway and a half bathroom can be found downstairs near the kitchen. There is an amazing game room found right off the kitchen with a pool table, table tennis/ping-pong, bar style shuffleboard table, and casino games. This room has a separate window air conditioner to allow you to cool the room separately from the rest of the house which has central air conditioning. The home has three Smart TV's found in the living room, Master Bedroom, and second King size bedroom. All mattresses are Saatva mattresses, known for their comfort. In the backyard you will find a large swimming pool.
Please Note! Pool temperatures from Mid March through mid November are warm enough to not heat the swimming pool. From late November to early March we do not guarantee that the pool temperature will be warm enough to swim. We DO NOT advertise this as a heated pool, there are no refunds for the pool not reaching a specific temperature. We also, have a swimming pool basketball hoop, mini golf, a slightly raised deck with chairs, table and umbrella to shade you from the sun along with two deck lounge chairs. We also have an enclosed lanai with seating as well as a chess/checkers table for those chess and checkers lovers. Here you will also find the gas bbq cast iron griddle that you are able to use.
