This enchanting family cottage on the shores of Northeast Harbor captures wonderful views of the harbor. Relax on the porch and watch the boating activity, or enjoy some wonderful meals on the stone patio with an awning for shade. Walk down well maintained paths to the shore and enjoy easy access to launch your own kayak from a private stone beach. Enjoy a fun-filled cookout, do some beach combing, or simply curl up with a good book in a sunny corner. Walking distance to Thuya Gardens, Asticou Terraces and trail to Eliot Mountain. Minutes away from the entrance to Acadia National Park which provides hiking trails with magnificent views and numerous carriage trails great for mountain biking. Shell Heap North is close to the village of Northeast Harbor.
