Excellent place to stay. Parking was a little difficult in a 15 passenger van but in a car would be fine. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Lancaster.
Wonderful place to stay and Casey was very kind. The email that was sent to me RE check-in said page not found RE our key code access for the property; had to reach out to the owner/ Casey. Also, there were three numbered boxes at the front entrance of the property and it was not clear which box to use for access to the property. However, wonderful place to stay once we gained access. We had a great weekend!! :)
We really enjoyed our stay at the Tabernacle. I just wish we would have had more time to explore Lancaster. Beautiful looking town with lots of history.
We stayed in several rentals on an extended family road trip ending with the Tabernacle on Chestnut. Of all of them were great, but this one by far was the most fun. It's even better than the photos. The warm morning glow coming through the stained glass is a heavenly way to spend a few quiet moments before heading out for the day. The game room was a blast. The beds are comfortable, the entire place was spotless. Read up on the history during your stay, it's very interesting. We walked to Maria's Restaurant for dinner which was delicious. Stay here, people. Oh, and Lancaster is very inviting. I do hope we are back through here one day to see more of it.
