Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash used dishes and leave in the strainer located inside of the sink to dry.
Please load all linen in the laundry basket/bag located in the 2nd bedroom.
Please gather all used trash bags, tie and discard in the large black trashcan located on the screened porch outside of the kitchen. Press and hold kitchen door to lock properly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This space is amazing, close to the city and quite larger than I was expecting. Everything was clean and well organized, and the personal touches throughout the space made it feel inviting and comfortable. The host is wonderful, and this is by far the best experience I have had traveling and using VRBO. I definitely recommend!!!

Overall we were happy with our stay because the price was great and the house was clean, but we did encounter multiple problems which hurt our rating. The mattresses were uncomfortable, there was limited privacy, there was limited seating and lighting, there was no dish soap and no dishwasher detergent, there were no spare trash bags or spare paper towels, their was no toaster and the stove didn’t work, and there were very few dishes and silverware.

Wasn't clear that you pass thru 2nd bedroom to reach 1st bedroom. Also didn't know about steps down to reach entry. Also bed had a weird foam pad that was notto my liking. Liked the back yard and porch but overall kinda dark and subterranian. Also weird electricals and limited lighting and seating.
