• SIX Master Suites (each with full bedroom, full en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower, walk-in closet and private outdoor balcony and seating area)

• 6.5 bathrooms

• Chef's kitchen with the latest appliances and cookware

• Open dining room and living area, overlooking the back bay canal

• Outside walkway and balcony overlooking the private pool

• Large heated pool and patio area with extra-large grill, fit for hosting a large family or gathering of friends, exclusive for guests of this unit.

• Complete laundry room with washer/dryer



All of this is on one floor of the three-floor house, making entertaining simple and easy, with over 3,000 square feet of private space. The grill is stored in the garage and guests can move it outside to use.



Located just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.



This unit is managed by a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with the business to finalize booking.

We stayed labor day weekend, had a absolute blast. The property is beautiful, with two pools and two hot tubs. It is on a canal with Gulf access. We chartered a boat and our Capt was able to pick us up from our dock. The property is within walking distance from from all the shops and restaurants.. 100% recommend staying here.

Great house, amazing location. Tons of room on 1 floor which was great for our toddlers, no stairs inside. Pool was amazing, super close to everything. Rental service was quick to answer any questions or address any minor issues. Just wish the elevator worked.

Absolutely Beautiful Stay!We had such a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location—close to everything we needed while still being a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation.The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had plenty of room for everyone. It was also very well equipped with everything we needed, and we really appreciated having the basic necessities provided to help us get settled when we first arrived. That was such a thoughtful touch!The pool was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The entire property was comfortable, welcoming, and even more beautiful in person.We truly enjoyed our time here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again!
