A fun Music Scene downtown and the new exciting ” Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina. 15 minutes to the beautiful Cape Coral beach and the Downtown River District. It's Perfect for traveling nurses or Professionals coming in for work. This place beats a hotel stay. Relax on a comfortable lanai for enjoying an evening of relaxation.
