About this property

Welcome to Paradice in beautiful Cape Coral where boating opportunity awaits you


This home provides 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with the master bedroom providing a walk in shower with King bed. The second Quest bdrm has a queen bed, adjoining bathroom with tub/shower. An open concept leading into the lanai for a lovely relaxing evening.
Newly remodled with eveything you will need to have that perfect vacation.
There is a near by Water park for the family kids and Churches are close by for worshiping our Lord, Jesus Christ.
The Cape Coral beach is 15 minutes away and just over the bridges of the Caloosahatchee River is the Fort Myers River District.
A fun Music Scene downtown at the new exciting Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina awaits you. 60 minutes to the beautiful beaches in Ft Myers. Great resturants, shopping, boating, fishing, minature golfing and Pubic Golf Courses are in both Cape Coral and Fort Myers.

A Day of Paradise on the water. Coming later this year for our guest an opportunity joyable day on the water in a Family size Pontoon and to go to one of the resturants in Cape Coral for lunch with Captain Wanda and Co Captain, Zoey B.

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please put air thermostate to 77 when leaving, thank you kindly.

Please make sure the lock to the lanai is secured and indoor lock to the garage with side locks in place on the garage door

Once rented please send a picture of the responsible renter drivers license Thank you so very much.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
