You’ll be able to enjoy day and night a breathtaking view, the starry sky at night, migrating birds in the morning, the must spectacular sunrise and sunset. It will be unforgettable experiences!!
You'll feel in touch with Mother Nature but minutes away driving from the main road (#2), gas stations, shopping center, hospital, airports, pharmacies, down town and more. Also you could enjoy the night clubs, casinos, bars, idyllic beaches, gastronomy, museum, water park, water activities and more. Just a short drive to all the treasures the west coast has to offer!!!
This fabulous Villa consist of two properties in one! The main home has three bedrooms, one full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with the basics, living room, flat screen TV, spacious dining room, laundry room, pool with a beautiful sight of the mountains. Lush terrace with furniture and swing. The outdoor has hammock, grill, fire pit, dominoes table, sun lounge chairs, beautiful garden and parking for three cars.
In addition there is a super cozy and private mother in law suite fully equipped featuring a one bedroom with a queen size bed, living room has a queen sofa bed, laundry, kitchen, dining room, one full bathroom plus relaxing lush grounds with outdoor furniture and a above ground pool, dominoes table, 2 hammock, sun lounge chairs and fire pit. There is a grill available and parking for one car.
