Our stay was amazing! One of our favorite things was how easy it is to get to the VRBO and the fact it is set back in the trees. This makes it even more peaceful! We would definitely stay here again when we visit Austin!

The house was amazing! The windows looking out toward the water tower and a pond really made it special. There is also a wonderful patio area/areas where you can sit at night listening to the frogs. Also, the master bedroom with a wall of windows can't be beat!! Loved our stay here so much! Thank you!

Really great home, well appointed and decorated, very comfortable beds and linens. Living room furniture was very comfortable and newer appliances were well maintained. Would’ve given 5 stars all around if not for the cleanliness. The floors were not vacuumed/cleaned and there were many dead bugs and cobwebs throughout the house by the baseboards and windowsills. The kitchen appeared as if it was not swept at all. The tub was stained - unsure if the stains were permanent, but we ended up showering in the master bath. Also, the deck furniture was scattered about and not cleaned.

We're sorry some aspects did not meet your expectations. We always have the home professionally cleaned and inspected before guest arrivals, and we'll review your comments with our cleaning team. Regarding the bathtub, Round Rock is known for having very hard water, and despite regular cleaning, some mineral/calcium staining has become permanent over time. While cosmetic in nature, we understand it may have appeared unclean. As for the deck furniture, the area recently experienced severe storms that caused damage throughout the neighborhood, including downed trees and branches. It's likely the weather displaced some of the outdoor furniture prior to your arrival.

This was a great place to stay! The beds were super comfortable, and it was wonderful to have two bathrooms for the four of us. My college aged sons loved that they each got their own room, which isn't always the case when traveling. We stayed for a week. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, drank our coffee on the deck in the morning, and enjoyed the proximity to Round Rock Donuts & The Brushy Creek Trail. It was very clean and there were lots of towels in the bathrooms. There was a nice shoe rack by the front door to accommodate the "please remove shoes" rule, which was helpful. The neighborhood was lovely. We had a great stay!
