Clean, quiet, on a half acre, two person kayak with ors, shark tooth, hunting equipment for going in the river to get fossils or sharks teeth, beach, equipment, includes umbrella, beach, chairs, and beach towels, 75 inch TV in the living room, couch has two recliners, loveseat has two recliners, each bedroom has a 42 inch TV, YouTube TV, outdoor cameras, designated smoking area on porch, nice office, blowup mattress in office if needed, picnic table with umbrella, Weber Summit grill, there is a convenience store 1/2 mile south, the city of Arcadia is 3 1/2 miles north, Walmart, Publix, many many restaurants. Self check in through a lock box. You can also check yourself out. Please put the keys back in lock box when you leave.
