The neighborhood is perfect for recreation all year long. the winters are mild and the summer are hot fun! At the end of the cove is perfect for privacy and relaxation.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique by having everything you need for lake life. We are in a great location to town, Clemson University and parks, yet distance enough for tranquility. Although we do not support events on the property, we can accommodate 8 in this mobile home and on the property you can also rent separately our apartment that sleep 6. Fourteen people can become an intimate party.
