The open and friendly living and dining area on the first floor is the heart of the floating holiday home. Generous window fronts offer a great view of the sailing and sports boat harbor. There is sunshine and a fresh breeze of sea on the adjacent wooden terrace. In addition, the terrace offers moving views when the sailing and sports boats sail past. From here you can reach the 30 m² roof terrace with lots of hours of sunshine, an all-round view of the marina, the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. And for the Nordic days of bad weather, there is the compact home entertainment program from Telekom.
The kitchen-living room adjacent to the living area is characterized by a cozy and friendly atmosphere. Here you can cook to your heart's content and let your creativity run free.
The sleeping area of the floating holiday home is on the ground floor. The guest also enjoys maximum vacation comfort during the relaxation sleep: In the master bedroom, which is equipped with a double box spring bed, floor-to-ceiling windows open up new perspectives in front of the immediate water backdrop. From here you can walk around the house via a patio door. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds; Furthermore, the sofa bed in the living and dining area offers another spacious sleeping space.
There is a separate safe for valuables.
The floating holiday home is a houseboat with a wellness factor - the Finnish sauna with a view of the water ensures relaxation and the underfloor heating throughout the house promises cozy comfort in every season.
There are two separate parking spaces in front of the jetty.
And if you want to travel by boat, you can anchor at your own boat mooring directly at the house.

Our favorite spot: Let your eyes wander into the distance with a glass of wine in the beach chair on the roof terrace ... that is pure relaxation!
