The secondary bedroom offers a queen bed, closet and a desk, both with access to entertainment via Roku- TV. A cozy and open living area is the center of the condo with a sofa bed for extra guests, another TV and books are available for your enjoyment. With two bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower, glass doors and toiletries will be a breeze to get ready! The condo offers a serene atmosphere where guests can unwind after a day of golf, or after enjoying water sports at the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy your morning coffee at the ample terrace or cook your favorite Mexican dinner in the modern kitchen! The decor is relaxed but sophisticated, the large dinner table offers comfortable sitting for six. You will also have access to a stacked washer/ dryer inside the utility closet in the kitchen. This penthouse unit offers high-ceilings and ceilings fans in the bedrooms to provide additional comfort for our guests. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for your use. There’s also an elevator at the property for your convenience. You also have access to a gym, spas, pool and over 10 restaurants in the resort. If you are a golfer, Quivira offers one of the best golf courses in North America. We recommend that you rent a vehicle to get around the resort. There’s a shuttle available, but hours of operation change based on the season.
