In this newly built semi-detached house you can have your family vacation with max. Enjoy 7 people. Not far from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the center of Zingst, this vacation property is located in a new and well-kept complex. It is exclusive and fully equipped. Here you can enjoy cozy warmth by the stove, relax your body and soul in the sauna or spend the evening on the terrace. A charcoal grill is also available for a relaxing barbecue evening. So that the beach day is also a pleasure, you can transport all beach utensils with the existing handcart. A baby set is also available free of charge at Hus Nike. This includes a high chair and a baby bed incl. Mattress (without bedding). The fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a tub) and 3.5 bedrooms offer enough space for everyone. The beautiful, rustic dining table in the living area invites you to socialize and sit together. Outside there is a lockable bike shed and 2 parking spaces. Welcome.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and departure is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
